My regular hours are between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. My availability may shift from week to week, so text me at 530.301.2376 to find a time that may work for you and to verify that I have openings at the moment before registering for a portal. I may be able to help verify that I am in your network, as well as other details about your coverage. I am happy to answer questions or offer assistance with this process.
When you register, you will be able to review two documents required by law that will take about 10 minutes, followed by an opportunity to fill out some registration information and a WHODAS assessment from your client portal dash board. You will also be asked to keep a payment card on file for copays and any late cancellation fees that are incurred.
The fee will populate at my full private pay fee by default and will be adjusted after we meet and discuss the particulars of your insurance plan.
